Reporting a wrong number? A link to the vendor's current pricing page turns a multi-day re-research job into a same-day fix.

Asking us to change a score? Tell us which criterion you think is mis-scored and why, how we rate lists all six with their weights. "The score is too low" without a criterion is not something we can act on.

Asking us to remove a drawback? We correct factual errors. We do not remove sourced criticism that is accurate.
